Who is your Super Heroine?
Ladies here is a question for us to consider. Who would you consider a super heroine? There really haven’t been many women visible to consider, unless you consider Britney or Anna Nicole candidates. In view of where their lives have ended up I hope you agree they are not worthy of emulating.
How many of you remember Wonder Women? She was my hero, even though she was beautiful. Somehow I knew it was secondary to her values. So if you guys are reading my blog, and I hope you are…
Dannie Miller, from enlighteneducation.com asked who we thought was important and what kind of powers we would give our gal. This may be fun and I’m wondering what the ideas will be. I’ll pick one of the super heroines and we’ll start a story (I’ll start; one or two sentences, and we’ll see where it takes us). Remember I’m the blog dummy who writes with no formal education, makes mistakes and ends of in cyber space, and sometimes has to turn off my computer and start over. Yesterday, I realized that by right clicking you mouse, (I’m left handed in my office one, I can undo a mistake, and that was unbelievable). So I’ll have to ask David or Miles how to get your comments and write the story as we go. I’ve learned how to improvise and get things done in spite of my ignorance. Like the computer there is always more then one way to get something worthy accomplished.
Like many of you, I’m a work in progress, learning as I go. However, living my dream sharing thoughts and hopes, praying you’ll keep coming back to read my ramblings. Together we’ll make a difference in this crazy world. Giving our kids a refreshing look at family again, suggesting they spend more time home. Reminding everyone, family first, as it’s the center of your world. And a super woman we pick seems to be appropriate. Let’s do it…pick our own lady and make her our girl…
So go on, give me a super heroine…and make her special. Not necessarily beautiful outside, make her beautiful inside. Draw, sketch, or just write about her. Any suggestion will do. It’ll be fun seeing what readers come up with.
