To all my friends thank you

So here we are its Saturday morning and I have a full weekend ahead and yet I feel  blessed, nevertheless wondering when  will the simplicity of life and opulence we all dream about when we win the lottery or hit the jackpot in our otherwise stressful lives catch up with me.  Oh yes every time I buy a lottery ticket it’s the same phrase I mutter, if only and a dollar and my dreams knowing full well all  I’m doing is contributing to the spending of our horrible politicians who continue to disappoint us in their behavior as they represent us poorly.

However this is not about politicians (that’s a book) there are three thoughts I wanted to share with (You) because as I’ve mentioned before there is some unspoken energy within our blogs, some kind of attachment between writers and readers and the power is contagious I see it every time I read a new post from a different blog, I feel the freedom and peace they exude and realize no one could have predicted the freedom or the power this means has given so many of us. Thus today I’m sharing again my contentment with writing the privilege you’ve blessed me with by reading and commenting and a special thanks to some of my friends today;

My first good morning is to Play with me Nana who I think is  a mother and grandma just like me check out her blog today as she wrote about us bloggers and it was exactly how I felt and think many of you do as well tell her I sent you.

And then the surprise of my life when this wonderful person Miss Joared, wrote about grammology and I happened to visit her blog not knowing she would be so kind and as I read her review I was astonished at the nice things she said and wondered could this really be true. I’d told my sister Diane I was considering stopping blogging as there was so much I still had to learn and I didn’t think I could fit it all in (still considering dropping blogging) however when I sent her the link (the review is one post down now on her blog) she sent me a short sentence back “and your still thinking about quitting blogging”  I think she meant I should keep writing however, I’m still not sure and I was proud and happy to be acknowledged as perhaps a decent writer because we all like praise and often we don’t give enough of it therefore thank you so much for your wonderful review and kind words, please let Joared know I sent you.

And last but not least David, my friend and coworker who has been by my side for years and now faces a long and hard period of time while recovering from being very sick because  even in his darkest and worst days he ventured on our blog and added pictures, which I still don’t know how to do, fixed some of my otherwise long posts and just made sure everything was alright, yes even though he barely knows what day it is because of pain and medication he ventured on grammology and made sure we were alright.  Is it friendship, dedication, or just being stupid because we don’t make any money on this blog we don’t even advertise we just love what we do here thus I’m grateful to have our small group of people who have contributed to grammology being around this long with not much of anything but true grit I wonder what that really means?

Therefore thank you and I really do know how blessed I’ve been and hope I’m able to determine what I’ll be doing next because I really do know that I love writing and think I have a journey just have to figure out what it is..
