Reflecting on the Holidays

The picture is beautiful, it reflects the holidays past, the beauty and mystery which we all feel as we got closer to the holidays, giving gifts, seeing our families and friends being together to catch up and share a piece of our lives and no matter what your beliefs it’s a time we reflect and thank the heavens for giving us another year, and by New Years Eve most of us have determined what the months meant to us and we ask what we can do to improve ourselves.
For me, the month of December brings a bonus because the 21st is the shortest day of the year and daylight increases by seconds everyday and I’m able to think about spring again, as I hate it when the nights come earlier and you drive home from work and it feels like its ten o’clock and it’s only 5:30 thus, this beautiful picture of winter exudes it’s glory, the color green, just a little snow on the leaves, which adds to the purity of white flakes having their own design, demonstrating the magic of mother nature.
I hope you like the photo as I did and by the way, my next post will talk about blogging and how it has changed our lives how many have taken this profession to levels no one could have predicted, and as technology gets better (more user friendly) I believe the sky will be the limit as to what we’ll create as bloggers, and the accomplishments are not recognized or understood and I’m here to bring that appreciation to all of us, because I’m convinced we are a force to be documented.

Who knows, maybe some day the LIbrary of Congress will want these memories of ours!
That is a perfect photo to reflect the season. Can’t wait for your next post!
You have me geared up thinking about your next post. I remember the first time I heard the word “blog”….I thought what in the world is that?? Who knew it would become such a part of my life!
The photo is breath taking. The fact it is winter is not. I also long for spring. As for your next post. It should be interesting. All your post are. Keep up the good work.
What a beautiful picture and I can’t wait to read your post about blogging.
That is a pretty pic! I would love to see some snow down here, there’s a chance of flurries tonight, I guess I’ll have to settle for that! I don’t like it when it gets dark too early either.
Beautifully written! I look forward to your next post on blogging, sounds interesting.
The holly and the ivy. I think.
Nice picture, anyway. I have written about why people blog so many times it will be interesting to get your input. I’ll bet you have a new reason!
I loved the photos and our Holidays were especially great this year. I hated to see it end.
I am looking forward to your next post as well. Your fans are waiting!
Beautiful picture! You’re right about the long, dark, days. When you leave for work in the dark and drive home in the dark, it can be very dismal. Good thing we’re on the upswing!

Hello

Wonderful photo! And I’m with you; can’t wait to have longer days. Happy New Year!
That photo is BEAUTIFUL. And, I feel the same way, I really dislike when it gets DARK at 5 o’clock at night! It’s sooo depressing!
Try living on the East coast where it gets dark BEFORE 4:30pm. Not a great feeling. So yes, I feel the same way about the 21st as the days become longer, albeit slowly.
Sweet picture!
Beautiful photo. I miss winter. Now that we live in California we seem to have just 2 seasons, and winter is not one of them. Looking forward to your post about blogging.
This is known that cash makes us independent. But what to do if someone doesn’t have money? The only one way is to receive the loans and sba loan.
