It is a release for me; I've met many people through blogging; I live rurally, so on days I don't or can't get out, it is my connection with the world; and most of all, this is part of my history for my kids. I've been a shut-in because of having three babies in less than 3 years. I finally get some down time now when the littlest is napping and the other to can play together for a little while. About 25 years ago I began reading self-help. It was so useful to me as I underlined and hi-lighted many passages in books for easy review as I needed. I also began to jot down my own notes and ideas on the topic. My deep interest in personal change helped me overcome problems as I was thinking more positively all year long. Eventually I put them together in a booklet <a href="http://www.32keys.com/" rel="nofollow">32 KEYS About Life</a> and then put them online in 1999. I still review some pages myself now and again. It was so satisfying all around and as a bonus it has turned out to be helpful to many others. I have a similar interest now as I read blogs, and work on my own blog early each morning.
