My hair is growing back and as you know; the PET scan came back clear of Cancer.  I can’t believe how good I feel emotionally.  It must be I didn’t realize how scared and depressed I was inside.  You get through the days and nights and quietly pray there will be more years to breathe life.

My PET scan came back clear the message have a great trip.  We are leaving for New Mexico on Monday as my step daughter is graduating from Border Patrol and we’ll be there to see her become a border patrol officer.  While in the area we’ll head to Arizona to visit family and friends.  

One of the most important things we can do with our grandchildren is to BOND with them at the youngest ages.  How do we do this in these busy times when our grandkids have so many distractions?  Well the Mystery Trip has been my way to do this, it has been a constant in my family’s life since and a ritual my grandchildren really look forward to.
